I bought this as a gift for my 30 something son who is a hard core fitness buff. When He took it out of the box he got skeptical but today, after his 2nd workout, He said that his core is more sore than ever before. The system of Nucleus seems quite simple but if my son, who spends half of his life in the gym feels this way after 2 workouts, it must to work, right? 5 stars here! Good Product and great videos!

Amazing what a great workout can be accomplished in 12 minutes. No gym. Don’t need a lot of space. Sweat and feel the burn in a short period. Outstanding workout from such a compact piece of equipment.
